ETA (Electronic Travel Authority)
If you are planning a holiday visit or a short
business trip to Australia, you will need to apply for either
a visa or an ETA (Electronic Travel Authority). An ETA will
let you spend up to three months in Australia, but there is
no stamp or label placed in your passport.
The Australian Government has now made it possible
to arrange an ETA via the Internet. Just click on to www.eta.immi.gov.au
for everything you need to know.
If you do not hold an Electronic Travel Authority
(ETA), you will need to apply for a visa.
For more information on Tourist Visas, visit
Australia's
Visa and Immigration information website.
