Standard
cover is included in the hire rate. In the event of an incident causing damage,
regardless of who is at fault, the Damage Liability Fee disclosed on the rental
agreement will be charged to the customer's credit card. Upon settlement of the
claim with the relevant insurance companies, any refund due will be credited to
the customer's credit card. The customer will be responsible
for tyre damage, bush damage, windscreen damage, undercarriage damage, overhead
damage and water related damage. Any accident must be reported to the branch number
provided and the police notified immediately. Failure to report an accident may
invalidate a claim. All 2WD noncommercial vehicles may only be driven on sealed
roads. Specific conditions may apply to
remote areas and these are fully disclosed in the terms and conditions attached
to the customer's rental agreement.

Allowance
The
Kilometre allowance is specified in the rates enclosed. Where unlimited Kilometres
are assigned, no excess Km's will be charged. Limited Km rates include 150kms
free per day, with excess Km's charged at 27.5cents thereafter (Incl Gst). Excess
kilometres will be charged to the client. Vehicle Registration Recovery
Fee
We do not
charge this fee to our customers. Stamp Duty
Stamp
Duty is no longer applicable. Licenses and Drivers Guidelines
Minimum age must 21. (Specific Commercial hires only has different guidleines
for 18-21)
Drivers 21-24 must pay - Contract Liability $6,6000 and bond of
$1,100 collected at pickup (excess reduction is not available to drivers under
25 years of age)
For drivers 75 years of age or over, a medical certificate
stating that the customer is fit to drive for the duration of the hire is required
upon vehicle collection this may be waived with permission of the suppliers reservation
department at the time of booking only.
A current and full motor vehicle
driver's license is required and must be produced upon vehicle collection.
Should a foreign license be in a language other then English it must be accompanied
by a current international driving permit issued in the same country as the driver's
license was issued. An accredited English translation will be accepted in lieu
of an international driving permit.
All other license situations based on
request only at the time of booking with permission of the suppliers reservation
department. Fuel Cost
Vehicles
are supplied at the commencement of a rental with a full tank of fuel. If the
vehicle is returned to the agreed location in need of refuelling, the cost of
the fuel together with a surcharge will be charged to the customer's credit card.
Rental Contract
All
rentals are subject to the Terms and Conditions attached to the customer's rental
agreement. Minimum Rental Period
The minimum rental
is one (1) day and is based on a twenty (24) hour period rather than a calendar
day. An allowance of one (1) hour is provided for with no additional penalty.
Remote areas and agent locations a 7 day minimum rental applies. Non-Smoking
Vehicles Corefleet provide non-smoking vehicles for the comfort of all passengers.

by the maintenance of our internal quality programme. Prior to every rental, all
our vehicles are inspected by a qualified mechanic and undergo extensive interior
and exterior detailing. Our vehicles and equipment are serviced according to the
manufacturers specifications. We are committed to providing the best serviced
and presented vehicles in the industry. 24 Hour Emergency Service
Due to the
quality programs in place at Corefleet, breakdowns are kept to a minimum. Where
a vehicle related problem does occur, our staff can be contacted at any time to
provide assistance. As with every roadside assistance program, problems not related
to the quality of the vehicle may be charged back to the customer, for example,
accidentally locking the keys in vehicle. | | |

Oneway rentals are available between all major cities and there is no extra charge
