are the operating hours/days of your Reservations department? | Monday
to Friday 9am – 5pm. This will extend at a later stage. |

we cannot offer transfers. |
Inclusions | Our
rates include unlimited km’s / 24 hour roadside assistance / collision damage
with $2500 payable excess if under 25 / $2000 if over 25. |
Rates | Our
rates will be sent out on a annually basis. |
Rates | We
calculate our pricing on split seasons – i.e they change to match the number of
days that fall within each rate. |
Are
there any penalties for altering a booking? | NO.
But we can not guarantee availability on any alterations. |
With
alterations, is the entire hire recalculated at current rates or the same
rates that were quoted when the customer originally booked? | The
original rates. |
Insurance
- Do your vehicles include public/third party liability insurance? | Yes.

Are
pets allowed or any fees charge for taking pets to your vehicle? |
No pets allowed. |
Is
smoking allowed and if so do valet fees apply? | No
smoking. |

Depots | Any
major delays pick ups will be transferred to the next day as per opening hours.
Charges will apply for this as per our terms and conditions. |

Can I plug my iPod / MP3 in? | We
can provide free cords for you to plug in to your Spaceships (just bring your
own charger) |

How many people can you seat? | There
is seat-belted seating for four people |

Are one way hires available free of charge? | Yes
if the hire is over 14 days, otherwise there is a charge of $200. |

Is there a minimum hire period? | Yes,
5 days (though you can email us for info on short hires). Please note there may
be greater minimum hire periods at peak times. |

Where can I pick up and drop off my Spaceship? | |

How many people does a Spaceships sleep? | There
is a full size double bed that sleeps two (up to three). (You can sleep inside
with the Spaceship fully enclosed - or extend the bed for more ventilation and
30% more space). If you have a Spaceship four berth with roof pod, you can sleep
an extra two people. |

How does the solar shower work? | It
is a 20L bladder that you leave in the sun to heat up. You then secure it to a
tree and have a nice hot shower anywhere |

What are the rules with camping in your Spaceship? | We
encourage customers to use camping grounds and be environmentally aware, however
you can free camp in some areas. You can also pay up from $10 - $40 to have a
powered site to charge up your camera/phone/hairdryer and get more facilities. |

Are there 4 wheel drive spaceships? | No |

Are there any hidden costs once I pay for my hire? | Standard
insurance, unlimited kms, 24 hour roadside assistance and one way hires are all
included for FREE There is an additional charge of 1.5% for Visa and Mastercard
and 3% for Diners and Amex of the overall rental charge, which is payable on pick
up of the vehicle. |

Does Spaceship come with bedding and living gear? | Yes,
a duvet, 2 pillows and sheets are provided free of charge. A pot and pan, chopping
board, plates, knives, forks, cups, bowls, can opener + much more is also included
for free |

Can I reduce my bond? | Yes
you can, there are a couple of options depending on your age - see bond page for
more info |

Do you have to have the car running to play DVDs? | No,
the auxiliary battery runs the DVD, this battery will run down after 4-5 hours
of DVD watching. It then charges automatically when the engine is running |

insurance purposes the driver of the Spaceship must be 21 or over, if you are
under 21 for a good alternative, you could look at jumping on one of our buses
