Self-Charging
Battery System |
Recharging the Battery - Can you watch DVDs at night and still start your Spaceship
in the morning? Where can we recharge the battery? Don't worry - in a Spaceship
this isn't a problem: Spaceships are set up with two batteries, one runs the CD/DVD
player, fridge and internal lights, and the other battery starts the engine. This
means you can operate the fridge and watch a DVD while the engine is not running
as it uses the auxiliary battery, but the Spaceship will always start on the other
battery, and then self-charge the auxiliary battery as you drive. This saves you
money and gives you more freedom as it means you do not have to pay for a powered
site to charge your vehicle like you would in an ordinary camper van. |

Swivel Seat Design | Swivel
Seat Design - Maximising space is important is you want to fit a full double bed
and provide good storage space - yet still have seating for four and an internal
table and chairs. Spaceships have a unique seating system in the back, which enable
them to seat up to four people, (great for small families or extra friends - see
4 berth sleeping option) when the seat is facing forward. The seat can then swivel
and face out the side door - you can then set up the inside table and use it when
you cook and eat dinner. Finally you can swivel it to face the back door and extend
the bed internally for sleeping. If you are an extra-tall person you have the
option to extend the bed externally with the rear awning and also swivel the seat
backwards to give you an longer bed. This unique seating arrangement allows us
to have a permanent frame through the back of the vehicle which makes it is easy
and quick to assemble your bed without having to rearrange your gear. All this
makes a Spaceship very user-friendly and practical so you can make the most of
your travels. |
