The following Terms and Conditions
must be read in conjuntion with the (Click
Here) Australia 4 Wheel Drive Rentals Conditions and Terms.
Booking and reservations requests are only
accepted Australia 4 Wheel Drive Rentals on the basis that those Conditions
and Terms for the specified vehicle supplier have been throughly read
and understood and agreed too.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document contains a summary of some of the Rental Conditions. For
full detailed conditions refer to the rental agreement provided when the
vehicle is collected Please note all prices quoted in this document are
gross and in Australian dollars. Rates and conditions are subject to change
without notice.
Rentals are subject to
the terms and conditions printed on the Rental Agreement. A full set of
terms and rental conditions will be supplied at pickup of your rental.

Hire includes (at no extra cost):
24hr Breakdown Service
Phones manned 6am-7pm - 7 days a week.
Unlimited kms
Complimentary 4kg bottle of LP gas
All cooking and living equipment (linen,
cooking utensils), child seats, awning, outdoor
table and chairs etc.)
Full recovery kit (air
compressor, tyre gauge, snatch strap and shackles).
Maps, Travel Guides & Brochures
Insurance
Rates do not include insurance. This supplier offers 2 options.
A basic protection cover is compulsory with our bookings.
Full Cover is highly recommended as certain limitations are progressively
removed.

Excess: This is
the amount payable for any damage caused to the vehicle regardless of
cause.
Single Vehicle Accident:
This indicates any damage caused due to a single vehicle accident (roll
over, collision with animals and impact with any object other than a motor
vehicle).
Limitations
Insurance voided for:
Damage caused by water submersion or salt water.
Damage caused by operating campervans and motorhomes on unsealed roads.
Damage caused in circumstances where the terms of the contract are breached.
Excess
This is the amount payable for any damage caused to the vehicle regardless
of cause.
Driver's Licenses &
Age Requirements
This supplier recognises all the current Non-provisional Australian
Licenses. Overseas visitors may use recognised current (Non-provisional)
licences issued by their country of residence (in
English) or an international driver's permit. This supplier do
not rent to drivers under 25 years
of age. Licenses showing driver is allowed to drive
an automatic vehicle only will not be allowed to drive a manual rnetal
vehicle - please note all 4WD's are manual.
Deposit/Bond
Payment
Reservations are confirmed only by the
payment of an advance deposit of $600. Must know what insurance level.
at booking. The full amount due for the rental period booked is payable
45 days prior to commencement of rental by electronic transfer or credit
card (Mastercard and Visa) to the agent.
Credit
Cards
This supplier welcomes major credit cards - Bankcard, Mastercard
and Visa. This supplier currently cannot accept American Express or Dinners.
Ther are currently no Merchant Card Charge Fees.
Government Stamp Duty/Taxes
A 1.5% State Government Stamp Duty Tax applies to all Rental Agreements.
This tax is not included in this supplier's rates. GST is included in
rates for all rentals.
Note: All vehicle
specifications, contents and layouts are subject to change without notice
and may vary due to modifications and/or upgrades. CW and Australia 4
Wheel Drive Rentals cannot be held liable for any such variance.
Travel Restrictions: Valid
1 September 2010 - 31 March 2012
Four Wheel Drive Vehicles can
be driven Australia-wide on recognised unsealed tracks but may only travel
to the following remote areas with the express written permission of the
supplier CW:

Restrictions: Four Wheel Drive Vehicles can also be driven on recognized
unsealed tracks but may only travel to the following remote areas with
the express written permission of the supplier CW:
• It
is a condition of the Rental Agreement: That vehicles cannot be driven
in certain areas of Australia. For your own protection, please ask.
• For
example, 4WD Campers may only travel to the following areas with the written
permission of this supplier: Simpson Desert, Strzelecki Track, the
Bungle Bungles, Oodnadatta Track, Simpson Desert, the Plenty Highway,
Birdsville Track, Tanami Track, and the Gibb River Road. Permission being
granted is subject to adverse Road and Weather conditions.
• Not
allowed at all - The track from the Gibb River Road to/including Mitchell
Plateau, Canning Stock Route, the Lost City in Litchfield Park, Cape York
and the Old Telegraph Road section of the road to Cape York or Development
Road to Cape York, Fraser Island, Gunbarrel Highway.
• The
distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire
period will also be considered.
• This
supplier reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict vehicle
movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions,
and the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of
the hire period.
Protection cover is NOT
extended to:
Damage caused by water submersion or salt water.
Damage caused by operating 2wd campervans and motorhomes on unsealed roads.
Damage caused in circumstances where the terms of the contract are breached.
• Bogged Vehicles: Bogged vehicles only recovered at rentors expense.
Including damage caused by recovery. Including water submersion, sand
and rocks.
Availability: Should
circumstances beyond our control cause the required vehicle to be unavailable,
we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or better standard
as long as the terms have not been breached.
In the event an alternative vehicle is unavailable, our liability is limited
to the return of all the monies paid. Special
Note: The Bush Cruiser is a very specialized
custom made vehicle. The supplier has a limited number of these vehicles.
Should a incident occur rederring the vehicle inoperable a replacement
vehicle may not be available.
24 Hour Breakdown Service
This supplier provides 24hr roadside assistance in the unlikely event
of a breakdown. Any problems associated with the vehicle, including equipment
failure must be reported to the supplier as soon as possible, and within
24 hours in order to give this supplier the opportunity to rectify the
problem during the rental. Failure to do so will compromise any claims
for compensation. This supplier will not accept liability for any claims
submitted after this period. Please contact this supplier on toll free
supplied at pickup and also on your ETicket at booking.
Petrol & LP Gas
This supplier reminds you that the cost of petrol is not included
in our rates. However, a complimentary bottle of LP Gas is provided in
all vehicles.
Availability
Should circumstances beyond our control cause the required vehicle
to be unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of similar
or better standard. In the event an alternative vehicle is unavailable,
our liability is limited to the return of all the monies paid.
Collection & Return
Vehicles must be collected from and returned to our premises during
office hours (Weekdays 8.30am-5pm and Saturdays 8.30-12noon)
Booking Amendments
All amendments to bookings are subject to availability of vehicle -s and/or
package. Different rates may apply based on the amendment made.
Minimum Rentals
Minimum rental period for retrun to same depot hires is 7 calendar
days.
One-Way
Rentals
Each quote is solely by negotiation base
don stock and location and availability. Please ask though the 'Current
general guidleine '
Oneway
fee - $450 between the depot's Darwin, Perth, Broome
Minimum - Oneway rental has a minimum rental of 14 days - subject to seasons.
Perth-Perth
- NO oneway fee - Minimum - Return rental has a minimum rental of 7-14
days - subject to seasons.
Darwin-Darwin - $450 Location fee - Minimum - Return rental has a minimum
rental of 7-14 days - subject to seasons.
Broome-Broome - $450 Location fee - Minimum - Return rental has a minimum
rental of 7-14 days - subject to seasons.
Darwin-Broome - $450 Location fee - Minimum - Return rental has a minimum
rental of 7-14 days - subject to seasons.
Broome-Darwin - $450 Location fee - Minimum - Return rental has a minimum
rental of 7-14 days - subject to seasons.
Weekend
Pickup and Dropoff fee
Darwin and Broome will attract a extra $120 Pickup and Dropoff fee per
way for bookings Sat, Sun and Public Holidays.
Rentals In Broome
A remote area location fee of AU$450 applies to all rentals picking up
and returning to Broome. Only one remote location fee is charged per vehicle.
If it is a one-way fee rentals then only the $450 oneway fee apllies.
Depot

Depot pickup and dropoff locations are Darwin, Perth, Broome.
Perth, Darwin, Broome - Not open Sunday all day
Perth - Not open Saturday after 11am (Hours 0900-1100hrs)
Darwin, Broome - Not open Saturday (By arrangemment at booking)
Broome and Darwin only have 4WD's

Extras
Our supplier has hoped that they have supplied you have everything desirable
to enjoy your vacation. For any extras you need to purchase you can email
us the agent at booking and we will endeavour to source appropriate retail
outlets at your pickup location that you can approach and buy the items
you requir direct.
Cancellations
and Early Returns Fee applies:
The following cancellation fee applies:
If cancelled over 25 days - All Booking Deposits forfeited
If cancelled from 25 to 7 days prior to pick up - Deposit forfeited plus
an additional 20% of Gross Rental.
If cancelled 6 to 1 days prior to pick up - Deposit forfeited plus an
additional 50% of Gross Rental
If cancelled on day of pick up or No Show - Deposit forfeited plus 100%
of Gross Rental
If vehicle is returned early for any reason whatsoever - No refund or
unused rental is allowable if the vehicle is returned prematurely.
If a cancellation is effective a $75 processing fee automatically applies.
Change
of Drop-Off Destination
If the customer wishes to change the drop-off destination, they must first
obtain authorisation from the suppliers 'CW' reservations or scheduling
departments. Subject to the change being approved, an additional charge
of at least $500 will apply.
Late Returns
Should the vehicle be required for additional time, permission must
be granted from the originating office at least 7 days prior. Unauthorised
late returns are charged at double the daily rate applicable.
Note: All vehicle
specifications, contents and layouts are subject to change without notice
and may vary due to modifications and/or upgrades. WC and Australia 4
Wheel Drive Rentals cannot be held liable for any such variance.
Calculation Errors
The agent nor supplier will not honour calculation errors. Should a calculation
error occur the supplier will charge for the shortfall.

DISCLAIMER
Illustrations and text in any of our documentation,
brochures or website are subject to change. Images are a representation
only of the vehicle depicted. Variances in the vehicles offered for rental
may occur due to substitutions made by Camperworld or modifications and/or
upgrades to the vehicle design made by the manufacturer.
Limit
of Liability
In the event of no alternative vehicle being available to the renter
our liability is limited to a refund of the hire charge or in the case
of mechanical failure (unless caused by the renter) the remainder of the
hire period.
